Birth is not the only time we become someone new.

Throughout this earthly journey, we experience many births — the birth of a new identity, a new beginning, a new purpose, a new understanding of ourselves.

And with every becoming, something may also need to be released.

An Earth Doula walks beside you through those transitions.

Through intuitive guidance, reflection, and grounded support, I create space for you to hear yourself more clearly as you navigate change, healing, uncertainty, and becoming.

I am not here to predict your future or tell you who to be. This is your journey. I simply assist you along the way.

I created the kind of space I believe people need while they’re becoming.

I believe some of the most important moments in our lives happen in the in-between — when something within us is changing, but we haven’t quite found the words for it yet.

The Earth Doula grew from my natural desire to support people through those spaces. Not by giving them all the answers, but by listening deeply, reflecting what I sense, and offering another perspective when their own feels difficult to hear.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and human.

I don’t believe I am above you, more spiritually connected than you, or the authority over your journey. I believe we each carry an inner knowing — and sometimes life gets loud enough that we need a quiet place to reconnect with it.

I’m here to walk beside you while you do.
